Winter can be a miserable time full of wind, rain and cold, but for a taste of the true ‘winter blues’, you will have to visit Marshall, Franke Center for super cool Winter Blues Festival sponsored by Eaton!
Performers include Drew Hill, Larry McCray, Who Dat? Blues Band, and local artist singing the blues. This is your chance to enjoy some great live blues music, have some dinner (catered by Roma’s Corner Café), or participate in several workshops offered.
Schedule:
3-4 PM - Guitar repair and maintenance with Kjell Croce
4-5 PM - Blues guitar theory and techniques with Jim Oliver and Alvin Lautzenheiser
5-7 PM - Acoustic Blues with Kjell Croce, Jim Oliver, Tom Duffield, and Alvin Lautzenheiser.
